I have used these guys four times now. On every occasion they have been on time and on price. The cars are all tidy and the drivers are very helpful and, to my delight, quite chatty. On arrival at the airport I called them and they arrived within minutes as agreed. On my return journeys they were at the flat, bang on time and I was away. For the price, unbeatable in my opinion. Thanks Ian and of course Alan. Just an update, (March 2023) still good and despite delays to a recent flight, we messaged them and all was good. We even had a small mishap when my wife fell, the driver was really helpful and the incident was a lot less stressful as a result. ~ Peter D

I have used this service for a number of years and have always received a professional, reliable on time service. Ian, Des and the other drivers clearly communicate with you, and are genuinely friendly people. I recently had to make an emergency trip home to U.K requiring a pick up from Edinburgh airport within 12 hours which Ian facilitated, Des was there to collect me and I was able to reach the hospital in time. A stressful journey made so much easier by the Budget Airport Taxis team. I cannot recommend them more highly and wouldn’t use any other service. ~ Rachael R

I was stuck in Irvine Scotland unable to schedule an Uber to get to Glasgow airport. I didn't leave a msg when I got voice mail because i have an American phone number. Ian bothered to look me up on WhatsApp. After explaining that Uber was only in the cities over there, he offered a very reasonable rate to get to the airport. Next morning at 6am, right on time, he arrived. I had a lovely ride and he provided interesting conversation. He was very knowledgeable about the airport as well and gave me good directions. Have used Budget Airport taxis several times now for my journeys to and from the airport and can very highly recommend them. Very professional and great customer service provided. Easy to book via the website or through WhatsApp. Drivers are always on time, friendly and helpful. Quick, efficient and no hassle when u arrive back into Glasgow airport for ur pick up….especially when it’s an early morning arrival. Would highly recommend this service. We travelled from the south coast of Dumfries and Galloway to Glasgow Prestwick airport on Boxing Day. The quote was provided ahead of time by email. The Price was lower than competitors and very reasonable particularly for Boxing Day travel. Ian the driver arrived early at the pick up location and provided great service. I came across Budget Airport Taxi through internet search when needed taxi service between Ayr and Glasgow in December month of 2020. After reading good reviews and reasonable prices, contacted for taxi service and was served by Ian King. Ian is very friendly, punctual and charming person. Our trip was from Portobello to Glasgow Airport. Our taxi arrived early for pick up. Our driver was polite, helpful and social during our drive. We requested a stop during the trip which he happily honoured. We felt safe with his driving and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. Price was very competitive! We set up a taxi at 4:15 AM from rural Kirkmichael to Glasgow Airport. For such an early morning drive that was about an hour long, the price was really good and Ian was a great driver. Used Budget Airport Taxis as they offered the best price by quite a bit for Irvine to Glasgow Airport transfer. It was very efficient, even texting the day before to confirm all was ok, so no worries about being forgotten about. The pick up was bang on time and the transfer time was excellent. Called Ian at the office on arrival and he passed on the info to Des our driver who patiently waited for our flight to arrive. From then on Des was polite, professional and very informative. Great communication and service. Couldn't have been happier. There were delays with our returning flight from Tenerife making pick up push back to 4am, but I was able to eaily update this with them and were collected right after picking up our bags.
